Attorney Steven Knox, Founder and President
Steven Knox is a lawyer and business executive with a broad range of experience drafting a wide variety of business and estate planning legal documents. He is a trusted advisor and counselor to his clients who depend on him to understand the issues and provide common sense advice. He has worked as a legal executive for 27 years counseling individuals and businesses involved in domestic and international transactions in the fields of music, technology, finance, cannabis, manufacturing, real estate, retail sales, and entertainment law. Steven possesses his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, J.D., cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University. He is licensed by the State Bar of Michigan, and admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar companies, he has closed deals with combined transaction values in excess of $500 million. Estate planning has been a constant over his career, always working on estate planning matters, from simple Wills to complex multigenerational wealth transfer strategies to probate proceedings. He has been engaged as an expert in numerous probate matters, and has an expertise in digital asset planning and the transfer of phones, computers, and content (pictures, video, social media, text and email messages).

We use technology to provide remote document execution services, including notarization. We love to see our clients in person, but if you prefer to sign remotely, we understand and accommodate. In addition, if you are not able to meet at our office, we will come to you!

We deliver your documents in a fireproof water resistant file folder that can be safely stored in a small space and easily accessed. We don't punch holes in your important documents. We will also provide electronic copies and online access.
